Peace of Mind – Aromatherapy for Focus, Grief, Depression, Anxiety

In the past few years, serious diseases, isolation, and death of loved ones have created emotional turmoil throughout the world.  And many, if not each of us, have experienced emotions that can cause anger, depression, guilt, anxiety, loneliness, fatigue, helplessness, shock, yearning, numbness, disbelief, confusion, hallucinations, and memory problems such as Alzheimer’s1

Emotional turmoil and distress, such as grief, triggers and exacerbates health problems according to a WebMD article by Stephanie Hairston (2019)2.  Stress, regardless if it is psychological or physical, can assault the immune system causing inflammatory and infectious opportunities; and also may increase blood pressure, blood clots, and in severe situations cardiomyopathy.  Fortunately, there are holistic remedies, like aromatherapy, to help focus, calm, and uplift the mind, body, and spirit.

Peace of Mind Ingredients: we strive to source from Organic, Kosher Certified, or EcoCert resources:

My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD & high anxiety. We’ve tried numerous meds with each one having bad sides effects or personality changes we didn’t like
So we decided to go the natural rout. We purchased this oil & began useing it the whole week leading up to a test; by Friday (test day) she’s much calmer & more focused. Now she’s catching & putting a lot of pressure on herself & getting in her own head so we’re doing it daily until she calms down a bit. She feels better in general and isn’t drinking as much caffeine to calm her anxiety either.
