Neuromuscular and Joint Pain Relief 2 oz

NEUROMUSCULAR AND JOINT PAIN RELIEF:

Several years ago, my chiropractor , who also was an acupuncturist, Tai Chi master, pastor, and author, whose diagnosis of my health condition revealed that I had what is termed as extreme dampness in my body, which caused my muscular and joint aches and pains.  After a few adjustment sessions and the oral application of Chinese herbs, I was for the first time in years free from aches and pains.  Unfortunately, life happens and I am now back to my routine of aches and pains.  As an aromatherapist, I realized that essential oils together with various carrier oils could possibly remedy my situation through daily topical application similar to the herbs I ingested from a few years ago.  Thus, this blend so far has proven very effective.  (Ingredients from organic, Kosher certified, or EcoCert resources.)

INGREDIENTS[2]:
Beeswax (Cera alba):  relieves pain and inflammation . 2014 study published in the Korean Journal of Internal Medicine reports beeswax helped relieve inflammation caused by osteoarthritis;
Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera): great emollient, preventing transepidermal water loss;
Shea Butter (Vitellaria paradoxa): Occlusive substances have a ‘hydrating effect on the skin because they form a barrier on the skin’s surface, which helps to reduce the evaporation of water from the skin”;
Castor Oil (Ricinus communis): exerts remarkable analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects;
Tamanu Oil (Calophyllum inophyllum): anti-inflammatory, analgesic ;
Hemp Seed Oil (Canabis sativa): Anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving, good for sore muscles and soft tissue conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic pain;
Rose Hydrosol (Rosa damascena): astrigent, calming, soothing, nurturing;
Magnesium Chloride: directly affects human Lung function, asthma management, joint pain, smoothening of muscle function, neuromuscular excitability, immune function, inflammation, and oxidative stress[5];
Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis miller): anti-inflammatory, increased immune activity, anti-bacterial and anti-viral effects;
Vitamin E (Alpha-tocopherol): anti-oxidant
Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica) : sluggish lymph, cellulite, edema[4];
Sandalwood (Sanatalum album): diuretic, phlegm dampness[4];
Juniper berry (Juniperus communis): Analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic, detoxifier, diuretic, detox; muscular aches and pains, rheumatism, cellulite, joint pain and stiffness, strains and sprains[4];
Rosemary ct camphor (Rosmarinus officinalis): muscle relaxant, considered to be the most specific for neuromuscular problems including muscular aches and pains, cramps, spasms, and neuralgic and rheumatic pain, Indicated for the treatment of arthritic conditions, muscle cramps[4];
Basil (Ocimum basilicum): anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulator[3,4];
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare): Anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, detoxifier, muscle aches, pains, spasms or cramps[4].

SAFETY[1]:  GRAS (generally regarded as safe). Keep all oils out of reach from children and animals.  If pregnant , nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult a physician.  Avoid contact with mucous membranes. Do not use internally.

RECOMMENDED TOPICAL USAGE:  Apply topically to area of pain and gently massage into the fascia.  Can be applied several times a day.  Use daily until discomfort subsides then reduce the application to 2-3 times weekly, or as needed.

Shipping Policy

1. Our default shipping agent is USPS, but we do use upon the customer’s request FedEx or UPS.
2. Online shipping quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges, but if this occurs, you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.
3. Avalon Green takes no responsibility for any losses, damages or delays that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship products without insurance.
4. Additional Charges: If you call the carrier to re-direct your parcel to another address, or if your address is input incorrectly or missing information, and requires the carrier to update the information, there will be additional charges of between $15 and $20 (add per box) that will be billed to the customer.
5. Alternative shipping methods are available on request; however, we take no responsibility for shipping that is arranged by our customers. This includes the following:

• Customers using their own shipping account
• Customers using their own courier
• Customers arranging for a third party to facilitate shipping.

Should a customer decide to handle their own shipping arrangements, we require written and signed notification that Avalon Green is not responsible for any issues. This ensures that we are not held responsible for any shipping issue outside of our control; similarly, in the event that we receive a shipping related invoice under these conditions, it will authorize us to process the customer's credit card.

We notify our customers for out-of-stock items. If we do not hear back from them within 2 business days, their orders will be shipped as-is and the balance will be store credit. Out-of-stock items are NOT automatically shipped later when the stock is replenished, but must be reordered at that time. Regular ordering policies will apply.

For environmental reasons, packing slips will not be shipped with any order. Customers are encouraged to use a copy of the emailed invoice as a packing slip instead.

Avalon Green will not be held responsible for the cost of freight for Expedited or Express shipments or on any orders that are delayed for reasons outside of our control.

Refund/Return Policy

1. Products can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a store credit on the cost of goods (less shipping charges and applicable restock fee), if returned intact. Similarly, all returns must be received by us within 15 business days to qualify for a store credit.

Please note that the following products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:

• Products on final sale or liquidation
• All unsealed products

1. All returns (where there has been no mistake on the part of Avalon Green) will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
2. If an error has been made by us on a written order and if the item has not been opened, we will gladly pay for re-shipment and there is no restocking fee.
3. All product returns require a return authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Boxes without this number may be refused at the cost of the shipper.
4. All returns must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 15 days. Due to storage conditions being outside of our control, there will be no exceptions to this policy. If the returned merchandise is not received by us or if it is damaged, we are unable to issue a store credit. There is no store credit on return freight.
5. Store credits for any reason can take up to 2 weeks to process, depending upon the volume of returns.
